SWG’s Writer Spotlight on Gayle Nemeth
Gayle Nemeth’s career as a writer follows years of teaching in First Nations classrooms and as an English as a Second Language instructor. She now divides her time between her writing and grandchildren in Saskatoon and her husband, dog, and horse on their farm in Northeast Saskatchewan. In addition to writing, horses have been her passion since riding bareback to country school at the age of eight. She finds that her equine interests and her writing often support each other.
Hear Gayle read from her work at the Saskatoon spring vol. 13 launch happening on June 17, 2022 at 7 PM in the Michelangelo C Room at the Delta Hotel Downtown! We hope you come celebrate these emerging voices with us!
